Orders

Placing an order on our site is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp and you approve the details. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we can't reach you to confirm, or if we believe the order is fraudulent.

Prices

All prices are in Moroccan dirham (MAD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed with you is the price you pay.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery. Payment is made in cash to the delivery driver when your package arrives.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Morocco, normally within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by your location, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

You are responsible for giving us a correct address and a working phone number. If a delivery fails because the details you gave were wrong or we couldn't reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Returns

Our Return Policy sets out your right to return an item and forms part of these terms.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including measurements and materials. Colours may look slightly different on your screen depending on your device. Small variations in print placement are normal for the printing method we use and are not defects.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and other content on this site belong to SCORPION and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

We're responsible for delivering a product that matches its description and is free of defects. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by Moroccan law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.
