How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the driver when your package arrives — nothing online, no card needed.

How long does delivery take?

48 hours from the moment we confirm your order. We confirm within 24 hours of you placing it.

Do you deliver everywhere in Morocco?

Yes. Remote areas may take an extra day.

How much is shipping?

It depends on your order total and is shown at checkout. Orders above our free shipping threshold ship free.

Can I check the piece before paying?

Yes. Open the package in front of the driver. If it isn't right, refuse it — you won't be charged.

What sizes do you have?

Currently L and XL, both oversized. Exact chest and length measurements are listed on each product page.

The fit is oversized — should I size down?

Not necessarily. Check the measurements on the product page against a tee you already own and like the fit of. If you're still unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

What's the fabric?

220g for t-shirts and 320g for hoodies heavyweight cotton. It holds its shape and doesn't go thin after a few washes.

How do I wash it?

Inside out, cold water. This protects the print. Avoid tumble drying and don't iron directly over the design.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. See our Return Policy for the details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If we haven't shipped it yet, usually yes. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible at +212 667 110 209.

I ordered but nobody contacted me.

Check that the phone number you entered is correct, then message us on WhatsApp with your name and we'll find your order.

Will you restock a sold-out design?

Our drops are limited, so not always. Follow us on Instagram [@scorpsempire](https://www.instagram.com/scorpsempire/) — that's where restocks and new drops are announced first.

Do you ship outside Morocco?

Not yet.
