Delivery time

Orders arrive within **48 hours** of confirmation. We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours of it being placed, so the clock starts once we've spoken to you.

Remote areas may take an extra day. If that applies to your address, we'll tell you when we confirm.

Delivery cost

Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on your order total. Orders above our free shipping threshold ship at no extra cost.

Tracking your order

Once your package leaves us, we'll message you on WhatsApp with the details. If you haven't heard from us and your order was confirmed more than 48 hours ago, message us at +212 667 110 209 and we'll find out where it is.

When your package arrives

The driver will call you before arriving. You can open the package and check the piece before paying. If it's not what you ordered, you can refuse it — you won't be charged.

Wrong address or missed delivery

If the driver can't reach you, they'll usually try again the next day. If we can't reach you at all after a few attempts, the order is cancelled and returned to us. Please double-check your phone number before placing your order — it's the most common reason a delivery fails.
